Please join us for lunch and a discussion about the legal implications and the humanitarian crisis that resulted from the 2023 mass exodus of Armenians from the region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The panel of speakers will feature Dr. Arman Tatoyan, former Human Rights Ombudsman (Defender) of Armenia and Director of the Tatoyan Center for Law and Justice; Thomas Becker (HLS ’08), human rights professor and practitioner, and Legal and Policy Director and Senior Clinical Supervisor at the University Network for Human Rights; and Anoush Baghdarssarian (HLS ’22), co-founder of Rerooted, former ICC Fellow, and current judicial law clerk for the Second Circuit.
