August 19, 2022The Program on Law and Society in the Muslim World to Co-Publish the Third Edition of the Journal of Constitutional Law in the Middle East and North Africa
The Program on Law and Society in the Muslim World is collaborating with the Arab Association of the Constitutional Law to publish the third edition of the Journal of Constitutional Law in the Middle East and North Africa (JCL-MENA), planned for publication in May 2023.
The journal is a venue for scholarly analysis and interdisciplinary study of constitutional law in the MENA region and is dedicated to encouraging rigorous discussion and critical analysis of constitutional, legal, and judicial developments.
Featuring articles by legal scholars and practitioners, it facilitates access to information on regional constitutional issues and debates for the global community of practitioners and scholars.
Along with scholarly articles, the journal features an online blog, Dustour Talk, which serves a platform for practitioners and scholars working on the MENA region to write legal opinions, short pieces and commentaries on recent constitutional developments and court decisions in the region.
