Anna Kate Manchester is a second-year J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School (’26). Since starting at HLS, she has studied and worked in the areas of international dispute resolution and global sanctions. Anna Kate holds a B.A. in History, Political Science, and International Studies from the University of Alabama, and she spent one year as a Visiting Student at St. Catherine’s College at the University of Oxford reading in international law and human rights.
