Dominique Virgil graduated from the L.L.M. degree program at Harvard Law School in 2025, with an interest in and focus on public international law. Prior to HLS, she worked as a junior diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, focusing on various issues of international law and treaties, especially the law of the sea. She also previously worked as a researcher at Amnesty International Indonesia, specializing in the economic, social, and cultural rights, and various aspects of international human rights and humanitarian law. She holds an LL.B. from Universitas Indonesia.
