Elham Fakhro Visiting Researcher
Elham Fakhro is a Visiting Researcher at the Program on Law and Society in the Muslim World at Harvard Law School and a Research Fellow at the Middle East Initiative at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard Kennedy School. She has held teaching and research roles at the University of Exeter and NYU Abu Dhabi, and previously served as Senior Analyst for the Gulf States at the International Crisis Group. She holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a DPhil in Socio-Legal Studies from St Antony’s College, University of Oxford. Elham is the author of The Abraham Accords (Columbia University Press, 2024), and her research focuses on law, policy, and conflict diplomacy in the contemporary Middle East.
