Giovanna Garcia is a third-year J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School (’25), with an interest in accountability and transitional justice. At HLS, she has studied and worked on a variety of international human rights issues especially at the intersection of accountability and migration/displacement. Giovanna graduated from Florida State University in 2021 with a degree in International Affairs and Political Science.
