Hannah Sweeney is a third year J.D. student at Harvard Law School who concentrates in public international law. She is interested in international dispute resolution as a mechanism for human rights enforcement. Hannah has a M.Sc. in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
